- eBay item specifics
- eBay item specifics are structured name/value attribute fields — brand, model, size, colour, year, set — that describe an item in machine-readable form, defined per leaf category and used to power eBay's buyer-facing search filters. Read more

- An eBay SKU (stock-keeping unit) is a seller-defined identifier for a specific item or variation, used to track physical inventory and to uniquely key listings created through eBay's Inventory API. Read more
- eBay category
- An eBay category is a node in eBay's classification tree; listings can only be placed in leaf categories, and each leaf defines the item specifics, condition values, and fees that apply to items listed there. Read more
- eBay condition
- eBay condition is a structured field describing the physical state of an item, chosen from a set of valid values that varies by category, such as New, New other, Used, or For parts or not working. Read more
- eBay comps
- eBay comps are comparable completed sales — the same item in the same condition, sold recently — used as the basis for pricing an item you are about to list. Read more
- Bulk listing
- Bulk listing is the practice of creating many marketplace listings in a single operation rather than one at a time, typically through CSV upload, template duplication, or batch processing of inventory photos. Read more
- AI listing generator
- An AI listing generator is software that produces the fields of a marketplace listing — category, title, item specifics, condition, description, and a suggested price — automatically from an input such as an inventory photo or a short text prompt. Read more
- Photo to listing
- Photo-to-listing is a workflow in which an inventory photograph is the primary input to a marketplace listing: AI reads the item from the image and generates the listing fields, so the seller reviews and approves rather than transcribing. Read more
