Common questions

Is Whatnot API integration live?
Direct Whatnot integration is in beta — early access sellers can push inventory directly to Whatnot streams from HumCity. For sellers not in beta, HumCity exports inventory in Whatnot-friendly formats for manual upload to the Whatnot creator dashboard.
Can I cross-list unsold inventory to eBay?
Yes — items not sold on a stream can be pushed live to eBay with one click. The AI-generated listing data (title, item specifics, condition, comps) is already built, so the eBay listing ships with no additional work.
Does HumCity support card breaks specifically?
Yes. Break prep is a core use case — group cards by break, tag by participant slot, track break-specific inventory. The workflow is designed around the break cadence.
Can I track inventory across multiple streams?
Yes. Inventory items persist in the catalog across all streams. You can run a card on Stream A, hold for Stream B if it doesn't sell, then push to eBay if it doesn't sell on B. The full history is in the inventory record.
Does it work for Magic: The Gathering and other TCGs?
Yes. Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Lorcana, One Piece, and most major TCGs are recognized by set and card. Pokémon has the deepest support today. TCGplayer integration for cross-listing is on the roadmap.
Can I import my Whatnot show history?
Whatnot show data import is on the roadmap. Today, you'd build the inventory in HumCity going forward; historical Whatnot data would need to be imported manually if you want it in the catalog.
Does HumCity integrate with Whatnot's Giveaway and Auction features?
Direct integration with Whatnot's stream features is part of the in-progress Whatnot integration. The inventory you stage in HumCity will support both giveaway and auction stream formats.
Can I run multiple Whatnot accounts from one HumCity workspace?
Yes on Pro and Scale plans. Multi-account support covers both Whatnot and eBay — useful for sellers running specialty accounts in addition to a main account.
