The festival is free but several charitable groups benefit from donations at the event: refreshments benefit the Fortuna Junior Academy and cash donations are accepted for the Santa’s Sleigh toy and clothing drive. Patrons can help by contributing to St. Joseph’s Pantry Shelf-Fortuna holiday food drive. Non-perishable food donations can be left in bins inside the River Lodge

Bring a new unwrapped toy with a value of $5 or more or a $5 donation to attend. All toys and donations will be donated to the local Toys for Tots and distributed out to Humboldt County children

Holiday Bizarre

what: the 2nd Annual Holiday Bizarre is a benefit for Six Rivers Planned Parenthood. Suggested donations of $5 at the door. A variety show built of local musicians and artists including Twist of the Python, Chris Baker, Ill Noiz, Vidagua, Kiki, Spilling Nova, and Children of the Sun. Performances by Madame Delicious, Sweet-N-Lo, The Pretty Little Girls, Nina Betina, and more. There will also be the comedic stylings of Joe Deschaine, Sherae Marie and Nando Molina. There will be a concession stand featuring special Bee-Gan treats by RawStuf4i. As well as cake and cookies by Boujie Baking Co.

There will be a raffle of prizes donated from local businesses Don Husman, Yab Yummi designs, Pacific Paradise, Wildberries, Big Pete’s Pizzeria, Savage Henry, RawStuf4i, Clay by Jay, North Coast Co-Op, Vintage Avenger, Humboldt Glass Blowers, AMPT, Redwood Yogurt, Star’s, Pleasure Center, New World Water, DTA, Ultimate Yogurt, Boujie Baking Co., and Arcata Pizza & Deli

Formal wear and holiday attire are highly encouraged
